I got the oily feeling out of the carpet with an anti oil shampoo and there is no stain just the odor when you walk in the room. I need a solution or powder that will kill the smell not cover it up. Most odor killers for carpet work on organic and protein like food but this is from t antifreeze. The antifreeze is gone but the chemicals still give off a smell.

First shampoo the carpet with a deodorizer soap (as maching recommended). Yes, I strongly agree. Sprinkle the baking soda all over the carpeting, leave overnight and vacuum the next day.
