I recently decided to stop the use of cleaners with strong chemicals. Vinegar can be wonderful for cleaning but I cannot stand the smell. My boyfriend can’t either. • Any person known to hide the smell while yet doing the clean up? Ideas?

Eat out, save money

Great Web Hosting, Great Prices
You can use it diluted so it should not smell much. 50:50 with water or less can still be effective. Also you can mix it with some other products such as washing up liquid (10%vinegar, 10% washing up liquid + the rest water) or baking soda.
I find it combines quite well with salt and water for tiles and glass.
Also, you could try using a flavoured vinegar such as raspberry which has quite a nice scent.
If you open doors and windows after using vinegar the small will disappear quite quickly.
The only place I use it it neat is to tip down drains and the toilet.
Say it with E-cards
i love vinegar for cleaning as well, how about lighting a scented candle or 3 after you do your cleaning?

I love to use vinegar in my daily cleaning. In an old gallon milk container, I put 1 c. vinegar, 1 c. alcohol (disinfectant), and fill the rest with filtered water. It does a GREAT job cleaning, and the smell disappears after the solution dries. Great for windows, bathrooms, and general cleaning.
Create a video blog…instantly.
Other than opening windows…no.
I agree that the smell isn’t pleasant, but what did you do when you cleaned with the harsh chemicals before?
Seriuosly, this isn’t as bad as those and the smell dicipates fairly quickly.
