How safe for children’s toys are non-toxic cleaners? I would probably go with something organic – but definitely something mainstream like I don 't have the time to make special trips. A safe, nontoxic cleaner for your biggest plastic toys that can’t fit in the sink for a washing with soap and water. Thank you!

this might be hard to do… but you can mop with a mild soap and water

I like Clorox Greenworks. It smells really nice.

Try 1 part vinegar and 3 parts water. This is a great all-purpose cleaner, child-safe, and inexpensive! The vinegar smell will dissipate quickly, but if it bothers you add a few drops of a nontoxic essential oil like lavender.

I’ve always used Simple Green for surfaces, but i haven’t tried it on the floor. I’m sure it would work fine. It’s amazing at getting grime. For her large plastic toys, i would just dip a clean rag in warm soapy water and use that to clean them.
